Wind Farm Developments
New York and Michigan, USA
AECOM is providing design and program management services for Noble Environmental’s wind farm development activities, with eight sites in upstate and western New York and one in Michigan. The aggregate output of the wind generators for all sites is expected to be in excess of 1,200 MW.
AECOM is responsible for the development of the electrical design, which interconnects the wind generators and substation designs to interface with the local utilities in New York and Michigan. AECOM has also provided transportation planning and roadway design for the program.
